An exercise to cultivate and nourish a sense of steadiness within you. The way this works is by guiding your attention to different aspects of your experience, things that you can feel that are simple, comfortable, and easy for you. I'll give you three options that you can play with and experiment with to see how this is for you.
The first of these will be the feeling of the parts of your body that are resting on something solid. The second will be the rhythm of breathing and the third will be listening to sounds that are coming and going around you. I'll guide you through these one at a time.
