Also, in less conversational and more long winded fashion I walk my mom through Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice (Ultimate Edition) to fill in the gaps she either slept through or simply won't get as a non-fan. Spoilers: she still isn't a fan and I have to improvise a speech explaining why I am in fact a fan of intertextuality and challenging, ambitious movies. My mom also promised a prize on my behalf to anyone who got a relatively obscure reference without specifying what that would be, so if you want to win literally anything within reason...
