Season 14, Episode 42 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the upcoming Week Eight game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Jacksonville Jaguars,

We go over the recent comments made by Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence and Steelers WR George Pickens these last few days as a result of those blowing up on the internet and social media.

Steelers DT Cameron Heyward had his 21-day practice window opened on Thursday as he continues to work his way back from his groin injury. We discuss when Heyward might resume playing in a game. We also go over the Steelers Week Eight injury report heading into Friday.

The Steelers coordinators, Matt Canada and Teryl Austin, both held their weekly press conferences on Thursday and as usual, Alex and I discuss the main talking points to come out their talks with the media.

Will the Steelers make any trades before next week’s league deadline? Alex and I discuss that topic again in this show.

The Steelers play the Jaguars on Sunday so with that, we are pleased to be joined by Demetrius Harvey on this Friday episode. Demetrius covers the Jaguars for the Florida Times-Union, and we discuss the Sunday game with him for about 20 minutes. At the end of our interview with Demetrius, he gives us his prediction for Sunday's game between the Steelers and the Jaguars.

Season 14, Episode 41 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Wednesday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the latest practice squad signings made by the Pittsburgh Steelers as they begin preparing to play the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at home.

The Steelers Wednesday injury report for Week Eight will likely have a few names on it so Alex and I go over that topic as far as who we expect to see listed.

Now that we have digested the all-22 tape from the Steelers Sunday win against the Los Angeles Rams, Alex and I break down what all we learned and saw on both offense and defense. We obviously spend a lot of time talking about the play of Steelers QB Kenny Pickett on Sunday and what the outlook is for him these next several games.

We spend some time breaking down a few specific plays from the Sunday game with one of those being an early run by Steelers RB Najee Harris.

Season 14, Episode 40 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Monday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers big road win on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams to move to 4-2 on the season. We discuss how this was another rock throwing game and how the Steelers have somehow found a way to be 11-4 since their 2022 bye week and where a lot of that credit needs to go.

The Steelers made a few Saturday roster moves that Alex and I recap early in this show. we also discuss the team's week Seven inactive list prior to the Sunday game.

The Steelers offense looked a bit better on Sunday against the Rams so Alex and I start on that side of the football. We discuss the play of the unit and several individual players in this segment. A lot of Sunday stats are discussed, and we talk about how QB Kenny Pickett came up clutch yet again late in the contest. We talk running game on Sunday and scheme in this segment as well. We also discuss several big plays on that side of the football.

Alex and I then move over to the defensive side of the football to talk about that unit’s play on Sunday against the Rams. We discuss the big play made early in the second half by OLB T.J. Watt and how S Minkah Fitzpatrick once again led the team in tackles. Several of the Steelers defensive rookies are highlighted in this segment along with multiple plays that the Rams made on offense.

We briefly talk about special team play later in this show and make sure to review the penalties and key officiating things to come out of the Sunday game. That obviously includes the late quarterback sneak by Pickett on fourth down that ultimately closed out the game against the Rams.
