In this Monday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about former Pittsburgh Steelers scout Mark Gorscak joining the site's staff as a contributor. We discuss his first post that went up Monday morning on the site and more.

Steelers legendary safety Troy Polamalu was a guest on the latest episode of the 'All Things Covered' podcast, so we quickly highlight some things that the Hall of Famer had to say during that interview with Bryant McFadden and Patrick Peterson.

We talk about the Monday morning news from the Houston Texans related to retired defensive end J.J. Watt and him being inducted into the team's Ring of Honor in 2023 in Week 4.

After I spent the weekend digging into some history related to the Steelers when it comes to them trading for players in the salary cap era, Alex and I discuss the findings. We also discuss a few things related to the Steelers trading for running back Jerome Bettis as well as the team trading for tight end Tracy Greene years ago and why that happened. Alex and I also discuss the history related to the Steelers trading for players in the salary cap era as it relates to them possibly trading for Washington Commanders edge rusher Chase Young this summer.

Continuing the discussion Alex and I had last week on Steelers wide receiver Calvin Austin III; we go deeper into his college explosive play stats at Memphis. We also talk about how we think Austin should be used in the Steelers offense in 2023.

Season 13, Episode 141 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the plausibility of the Pittsburgh Steelers landing edge rusher Chase Young or running back Dalvin Cook this offseason after we first discuss the recent alien signings in Las Vegas.

We turn our attention to Steelers running back Najee Harris and what a successful 2023 season would look like for him. We also discuss Steelers second-year tight end/fullback Connor Heyward and what the expectations should be for him in 2023.

With the Steelers OTAs now wrapped up for 2023, Alex and I go over some key takeaways from the last three weeks of practices. We also discuss the few younger running backs vying for the third spot on the depth chart this summer.

The Steelers have now announced the dates of their 2023 training camp, so Alex and I make sure to pass those along.

Season 13, Episode 140 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Wednesday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the latest roster moves made by the Pittsburgh steelers since our last episode. We discuss the two new players and what the tape shows on both of them.

Quite a few players talked on Tuesday, so Alex and I review what all defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi, rookie tight end Darnell Washington, running back Anthony McFarland Jr., and rookie defensive tackle Keeanu Benton had to say. We also discuss the steelers depth on the defensive line as part of this segment. Does McFarland have an outside chance of making the 53-man roster this summer? We discuss that.

Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports had a few interesting things to say on Tuesday about the Steelers and the way the organization does business, so Alex and I discuss that topic for quite a bit. We discuss organizational philosophy, cash spending on both sides of the football and if the team’s current model is conducive to winning a Super Bowl in the next two seasons.
