Techno has always been about imagining the future and experiencing the excitement of change and discovery. If anyone has lived up to this aspiration in recent years it would be Stefan Goldmann.

Stefan is regularly described as one of today’s most adventurous artists in techno scene. His DJ sets evolve around the same cutting edge principles as applied to his label Macro. In addition to maintaining a consistently conceptual as well as busy release schedule, he tours regularly throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, and has been regularly playing at Berghain since 2006.

Special format performances saw him sell out iconic venues such as LACMA Los Angeles, Kyoto's Honen-in Temple and the Berlin Philharmonic, for which he also curates Strom Festival since 2020.
