Todays episode is with a man who is making a huge impact in our community. Stef is incredibly dedicated and passionate in helping people to heal, by connecting to their shadow or trauma in a very deep way. There is no messing around with his work, he dives in deep to break down peoples trauma/s so the unconscious patterns are no longer running their lives. Stef is committed to helping people to remove the shame, blame or guilt that is attached to their identify so they can live in freedom and the fullness of their potential. He does this by providing a safe container to explore parts of themselves which they have been neglecting for a long time.

We cover so much in this interview! Stef walks us through his personal journey to facing some of his darkness in life, periods where he felt so overwhelmed that he contemplated ending his life. This is such a raw conversation and he doesn't not hold back. He talks about being unfaithful in his past relationship and how that brought the hard truth to his behaviour and action to light, which was one of the reasons he needed to seek change and face his shadow. This set Stef on a quest to examining his masculinity and sexuality and on this journey, he met Teachers who helped him break down the barriers so he could expand and deepen his connection within. 

What lights Stef up and keeps him inspired, is relationships. Diving into masculine and feminine dynamics and how it impacts the way we treat, think and feel about ourselves and how we treat others. It's looking at the relationship we have with our romantic partner and to everything that is of significance or value and meaning in our lives. For Stef, its about how you can optimise the areas of our lives to create harmony within relationships and allowing life to unfold and be created in a magical way, being the best version of YOU.
