Since it's been 5 months since our last episode, we figured we should recap the biggest game of the year, Super Bowl LVII, and give our thoughts on how the game transpired. We also thought that we should react to the latest news in the NFL and give our takes on some old faces in new places. And will somebody please pay these running backs? The guys give their takes on the current contract situations with the star RBs in the NFL. Speaking of takes, Mason has been sitting on a take for 5 months, and you, along with Souza get to hear it for the first time! Super Bowl LVII is here! We have the Kansas City Chiefs squaring off against the Philadelphia Eagles. And for the last episode of the season, we answer your questions about championship Sunday and the Super Bowl. The guys give their predictions and final sizzlin' hot takes of the year. We promised you we would have the 2022 WPT Fantasy Football League Champion on live to discuss the finals, but we didn't say we'd have the unfortunate 2nd place guy on too! Jake and Brendan have joined us this week to recap a crazy Week 17 ending, what shoulda coulda woulda, and how an asterisk is placed on this championship. The gang also discusses the state of the New England Patriots and what needs to change, along with the uproar of the Detroit Lions. Oh, and btw, the NFL Playoffs start this weekend, so we give our predictions and Sizzlin' Hot Takes for Wildcard Round as well. All that and more on this week's episode!

A unfortunate way to end a wild fantasy season, but that is the least of our concerns. As you know, Demar Hamlin got severely injured during Monday Night's game, cutting Week 17 short. Our best wishes go out to him, his peers, and his family. As horrible as a circumstance this is, it still raises questions about the NFL and Fantasy season. What happens now? Does the NFL make up the game? Do respective fantasy apps carry their own rules or will league commissioners have to step in? This was a tough week to talk fantasy, but we tried out best. Mason becoming a 5x toilet bowl recipient gives us some more to discuss. And Happy New Year to all who continue to listen and support the SCP!

Well, here we are, the final week of the fantasy football season as CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK IS HERE! We have Jake vs Brendan in the WPT Finals, along with Mason (again!) vs Friar in the Toilet Bowl!
