Singaporean chef Mathew Leong is the Executive Chef of one of Norway’s finest restaurants, Re-naa. With Mathew heading the kitchen, Re-naa received three stars in the 2024 edition of the Michelin Guide Nordic Countries. Mathew has now set his sights on the prestigious Bocuse d’Or chef championship in January 2025, where some believe he has a shot at placing within the top three.
