To build a strong pipeline of leaders, organizations should invest in training and professional development opportunities, according to this month’s Stellar Women guest Kamaka Martin. After chatting with Maribel Rivera, it is no surprise that she was the winner of our inaugural Inclusion Breakthrough of the Year Award. And, Maribel is the epitome of what this award means.
