Have you ever felt intimidated or overwhelmed when starting fresh on a new project? In this weeks episode, Libby and Lexi talk about dealing with projects in their careers and at college as women in STEM. They share tips and their advice on how to start new projects in the work place when just starting out in your career. Libby dives deep into her experiences in a project management role and shares advice on what to do when things go south with your project. Lexi discusses group project work for her senior design project and how her and her group members had to adapt to working together virtually during COVID times in college.
