Dr. Katia DeSouza is the Director of Global Cell Therapy and Business Strategy at Johnson and Johnson. She talks about starting in biochemistry and her decision against pursuing research or an academic career and instead transitioning into scientific strategy and business intelligence. These roles eventually led her to work in Global Cell Therapy at J&J. She also shares why it’s important to stay disciplined in pursuing your passions and take advantage of any possible opportunities.
