Today we welcome our Upper School english teacher, Mr. Giordano (or Mr. G for those in the know). We are always so excited to share our spaces with people outside of our class. Listen to how he hopes his yearly project will encourage students to write to their best abilities.

Today Patty and Rachel discuss ongoing Raspberry Pi Projects that their students are working on. Listen to how they encourage the students to learn more than what they know. Also, listen in on how the students feel being pushed to frustration and encouraged through it. 

Today Cindy takes us through what coding can look like in a curriculum for three year olds through 2nd grade. She gives many different lesson ideas that you can use even if you do not have access to technology. The most important thing is vocabulary and computational thinking.

Today we hear from some Middle School students about a project that they recently did within their STEM class. We get to see how lessons can change quickly and how "last minute" some times turns into, "I should do this every year!" This lesson can easily be replicated in 2nd - 10th. We used cospace.io.
