We’re continuing on with our podcasting for wellness businesses “mini-series” on the show.
In this week’s Wealthy Wellness Biz podcast episode, I’m going to walk you through a step-by-step process to get your wellness expert podcast named, outlined and delegated in 24 hours.
I really appreciate the “delegation” part … and I hope you do, too.
See, delegating is something that took me a reaaaaaally long time to finally embrace (and incidentally I saw slower than average growth in my business for, literally, years.)
When I decided to finally put on my big-girl CEO panties, that’s when things started to change for me big time.
I started to hire professionals.
I started to delegate.
I got serious about staying in my zone of genius.
And things started to fly!
