On this week's podcast we have Paul Tinker! Paul previously served in the military as a bricklayer and worked his way up the ranks before leaving and getting into construction full time. He now runs his own construction company and teaches property investors how to efficiently carry out refurbishments! 

We discuss the refurbishment process from analysing deals, all the way through to carrying out the refurbishment and working with builders and the most effective way to carry out each process! 

We also chat with Paul about how to compare different builders quotes so you know you are comparing apples with apples and finally we discussed how to agree payment terms with your builder and how no two builders will work in exactly the same way!
