As we get ready to head into summer, I noticed this is often a season of endings and transition. In the helping profession, this isn't always handled well. Even in our world, we have seen friendships, relationships, and groups "end with a bang" (and that's not a GOOD bang...usually an unhealed rupture. So, how do we avoid ending with a bang and ending well? Let's talk!

It's really what started me down this path of awareness that I personally do not walk through departure well and what elements are needed to really walk through the farewell in a group setting.
