You may be curious about the title, however I want to remind you that we have stepped through a lot over the past 2 years and 2022 is just around the corner, so its time to step though with a plan. We all know plans aren't always set in stone but that doesn't mean we should make big plans.
We know from the research that news years resolutions don't work, so STOP IT! It has been proven they don't last more than 7 days in most cases, however goals/plans with a timeline and actions steps do work and also keep you focused. Here are my tips on how you can start the year with a plan you can make come to fruition.

Laughter/Fun/family

What do you want for your life in the future?
What do you want for your family?
What do you want for your business/career
Plan
Take the time to dream about what you want life to look like, feel like.
Set some goals with clear timelines and milestones that provide evidence of your progress toward what you want.
