    Whatever
    Lies beneath
    Is ugly
    On the cover
    Of a magazine
    But I
    Am not
    A cardboard
    Cutout, babe
    And you
    Are not
    Some superb
    Origami
    We suck face
With the faces, we see all too often
    But what's down our throats
    Makes us choke and cough
Gagging on shame and losing touch
    But I
    Am not
    A cardboard
    Cutout, babe
    And you
    Are no
    Superb
    Origami
    Desensitized
And chasing the greener grass relentlessly
Forgetting that perfection is not reality
And in this incessant search for what's not there
A wake of those who loved you ruined
    Follow everywhere

  • Shudder
    SS - Guitars, Vox
    Alex - Drums
    Marc - Bass
    Lyrics:
You shudder when I get under the covers
My bare feet like ice in the sheets
You'd think the cold would make us want to be warmer
But it only makes us colder to each other
    It's almost over, babe
    It'll soon be summer, babe
I can't find your skin under all of the clothes you're wearing
And can't recognize your face when you haven't shaved
I shudder when you put your chin upon my shoulder
You swat my hands away when I try to touch your face
    It's almost over, babe
    It'll soon be summer, babe
    It's almost over, babe
    It'll soon be summer, babe
But if we're gonna stay together through another winter
Maybe we should consider being warmer to each other
Because we can make more heat than just you or just me
    It's almost over, babe
    It'll soon be summer, babe
    Oh it's almost over, babe
    It'll soon be summer, babe
    (I'll see you in the)
    Summer, babe
    (I'll see you in the)
    Summer, babe
I'll see you in the summer, babe
I'll see you in the summer, babe
I'll see you in the summer, babe
    Summer, babe

    My hands were tied
    Behind your pride
    I just wanted a ride
    I just needed a ride
And you just wanted a bite
And you just wanted a bite
And you just wanted a bite
