Thank you for tuning in to Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal about the stuff I go through living, working, and worshiping in NYC.
In this episode I share with you the whirlwind that was June 2022. I share a few tidbits about the implosion of a private school on the Upper East Side, my organization's not so smooth 10th anniversary, and much more. Remember my objective is to share my stuff with you to help you start to process your stuff.

Welcome to another episode of Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal exploring my stuff with the hope that as I process my "stuff" out loud it will help you process your stuff.
This month's episode is about the stuff I'm feeling as I walk towards my 2022 personal goal. Each year people set goals and resolutions. Well, I frankly don't believe in New Year's resolutions and I typically avoid setting personal goals just to satisfy some societal norm. That being said, let's talk about why I'm calling 2022, "The Year of NO!" and what I hope you'll get out of hearing me say it.
I'll say it until I can't say it anymore, THANK YOU for listening. If you like my podcast and want to support what I'm doing, please feel free to #buymeacoffee at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/MsSteph
Until next time,

Welcome to the March 2022 episode of Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal about my "stuff" that might help you process your "stuff".
In celebration of #WomensHistoryMonth I decided to talk to you all a bit about my leadership philosophy. I also share with you the early results of my new habit of not overworking myself. Spoiler, it's helping!

Welcome to Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal about stuff. My mission is twofold; to process my stuff by speaking it out loud and to help you reflect on what's going on with you by listening to me share what I'm experiencing day-to-day.
This episode is called, "Reallocating My Time- Thursday Stuff." Sit with me as I explain why Thursday has become a symbol for reallocating my time and how I'm working through a process of not holding myself to my "yes". I know that might sound strange and a bit flakey but you'll understand what I mean when you listen to my story. There are times when I say yes but frankly should not have and get to a point when it becomes detrimental to me and my main purpose in life. I hold myself hostage to a commitment that was never meant to be a long-term thing. I also share with you what I'm allowing myself to do with my reclaimed Thursday afternoons and why.

This episode is called, "Saturday Stuff/ Covid Life." I thought it would be cool to continue my pattern of talking to you about a specific day of the week and telling you about what that day means for me. In this episode, per the title, I talk to you about my Saturday. This particular Saturday was a program day. I share with you the flow of what a Saturday program day looks like from packing my supplies, setting up the classroom, conducting the program, cleaning up the space, etc. I even tell you a few tidbits about what impact Covid has had on my Saturday life.
