Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight! Woe to men mighty at drinking wine, Woe to men valiant for mixing intoxicating drink, Who justify the wicked for a bribe, And take away justice from the righteous man!

💡 Bro Stef Thought's:

The scripture above most definitely was directed at the state of affairs of God's people the Jews. The Lord was preparing to lower the boom on them in the verses following. The Jews had allowed greedy ambition, selfishness, pride and ego, intoxication with wine and all manner of sin to become their way of life rather than God's principals being the center of Jewish morality.

When one reads Isaiah 5:20-23; you get the distinct impression that our society has become the same way. I could make a list of easily 50 line items that would qualify, but for today, I will spare you that and I'd like us to look at the most recent offense that all of us should be a gasped at, the company that exposed the Planned Parenthood baby parts selling, you know, the company that made those video's exposing the truth...the grand jury indicts them, the ones exposing this horrific sin and crime against God and all humanity and says to Planned Parenthood you're ok!

If this doesn't scream upside down, inside out or good is evil, would someone please tell me what it is saying that makes any rational sense?

I'll close with this. Our society is falling off the cliff. It's obvious many no longer have a grasp of God's principals and guidelines of good and bad. Morality is becoming an antiquated ideal of the past. We are quickly slipping into a nonsensical era of madness Just like with The Children of Israel in Isaiah 5 God may have to pour out His anger on a world devoid of Him and His principals as laid out in scripture!

🙏 Father, our society is upside down and we have lost our way. During this time of social unrest, fear and danger we ask you Lord to reach out to those who may be seeking an alternative to this madness. Help us who know you to be willing to share our faith with those you bring our way! Father save people and open their eyes to see Yeshua as their saving grace while they still have time! In His name we pray Amen.

Scriptural Foundation: Isaiah 5:20-21

20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight! (NKJV)

My Thoughts:

Today we live in a day that seems to be marred by deception and people liking the wool to be pulled over their eyes. The truth seems to take a backseat to everything today.

Recently Jan Markell, with Olive Tree Views Ministries, had their YouTube account closed because YouTube didn't agree with the truth of the gospel that she was discussing and standing on. There are many other instances I could site but I don't want to turn this summary into a political statement.

Why does the world find it OK to talk about just about anything but the minute you discuss prayer, the word of God, the truth as laid out in scripture concerning the days we live in, Christians are ridiculed, or worse thrown in jail as is happening in Canada and other parts of the world.

What's behind this movement of deception is obvious. There are powers and principalities that we cannot see but we know exist, they want the truth of the gospel quenched and stopped.

According to the Bible men will be lovers of fables and foolishness rather than lovers of God and that's what we are seeing demonstrated in the days that we are now living in.

Satan wants the world to be dumbed down spiritually so that he can run roughshod over all of us! In the end all he cares about is his own agenda and that is to be like God.

We know the end of the story, Satan loses and God wins!

My Prayer:

Lord I pray that you help me and your people to spread the truth of the gospel no matter what the cost and to always be people who are good witnesses and Ambassadors for you to those who are seeking to start a relationship with you.

Help me and my friends to never shrink in the face of the growing threats that are mounting. Lord give us, your children and servants the courage and faith to persevere in the face of the many challenges and threats we will encounter today and in the future!

In your name Lord Jesus amen.

One of the most significant prophecies in the Bible is finding fulfillment in the headlines today. The reason this prophecy and promise is so important is because until this is fulfilled, The Lord Yeshua, has promised He cannot return. Jesus has made one of the conditions and there are a few in scripture, that His people the Jews, must accept who He is and bless Him prior to His return. See Matthew 23:39

Prophecy in the making! Yeshua said, "for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!" Matt 23:39

Psalm 118:26 - "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD! We have blessed you from the house of the LORD."

Zechariah 12:10 - "And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn."

My comments:

So we see the Orthodox Rabbi community beginning to see that Yeshua, Jesus is someone they must come to terms with! We know they will discover Him because the Bible says they will.

My Prayer of Thanks:

I thank you Lord that you are fulfilling your Word in our midst. Thank you Lord for beginning to open the eyes of your people, our people, and the scales are being removed. I praise you with all of my heart my God and my Savior! In your name Yeshua, Jesus amen.

All Christians everywhere ought to be dancing in the streets over this very important development. What an amazing prophecy in the making! Once God begins to fulfill a prophecy He doesn't stop until it is completely fulfilled. This fulfillment will happen over the course of time. What a wonderful start to the New Year!

I believe this is a further continuation of Ezekiel 38 and 39. As we see Russia assert herself and the USA takes a appeasing backseat, we can see the world become more and more violent with social disturbances on the rise and eventually Russia will be induced by it's evil alliances to invade God's land, the Land of Israel in an effort to destroy The People of The Book!

What keeps me sane is the trust I have in God and the belief I have that the Bible, His Word is true and what He tells us in scriptures like Isa. 17, 19 and Revelation 19 will come to pass. He will rescue this planet from a certain death because He loves us and His creation!

Do not despair my friends, The Lord Jesus is going to rescue us all. Oh we may have to endure suffering for a season, but He will come and save us. This I am confident of and you can take that to the bank!

Turkey shoots down Russian Mig over Turkish airspace after turkey warned Russia repeatedly not to invade their airspace. Many in the know are saying this could spark WWIII. Developments to follow.

As I watch the migrants flood into Europe, I can't help to ask the question, is God using this situation to begin His judgment of the nations?

The Bible does make it clear that how we treat the Jews, God's people and His land, will either bring blessing or cursing. To date all the nations are turning on God's people and attempting to divide Israel and force the Jews to make peace with the very people who want to see us Jews wiped out!

I wonder if The Lord is using the migrant issue to judge the nations? What you have done to my people I 'm doing to you and your land!

Scriptural Reference : John 16:1-4; Luke 21:36

Friday night was a night to remember when maniacal crazed men from ISIS attacked innocent civilians in France. France has not been attacked on her soil since 1944. The attacks were done with precision and the assailants acted in concert with one another. What a night of horrors for the citizens of France and those visiting.

A Prophetic Viewpoint -

How do we make sense of what is senseless? From a Biblical perspective we know that God is never caught off guard by evil events when they occur. A few things are obvious that we must point out from a prophetic viewpoint..

First; much of Europe has turned it's back on God and has told Him they do not need His help. God has been eliminated from the public square in most of Europe. Our country is following suit and the USA is doing what Europe has done. When we tell God we do not want or need Him, He obliges us because He is the creator of "Free Will." God retreats and leaves us to our own devices. What this means is that Satan has greater flexibility as to the carnage he is allowed to spread through our countries, states and cities. What we are now seeing on a global scale is God's protective hand being withdrawn and the days of evil and darkness have arrived. Please see 2 Timothy 3:1-5

These days of darkness will grow worse and all believers should be praying and warning about the days ahead because our Pastors are not doing the job. We, the people of God need to step into the gap and sound the alarm just as Our Lord said to do. We need to be alert, watch and warn!

The Syrian Immigration Issue -

In my audio I stated that the Koran said that when you destroy the Jews and Christians you do a service to God and that The Lord quoted that in Luke 21. I want to correct the record here. What I meant to say is that the Lord has warned us ahead of time what the heart attitude of our enemies would be. I do find it interesting that the Koran does teach this however.

As Europe allows the Syrian refugees into their countries they are now rethinking this, as well as they should given recent developments, because they are discovering that many of the male so called "Syrian Immigrants" are really ISIS fighters in disguise. We must remember Satan has studied human behavior and human nature for thousands of years and he knows exactly how we will respond to certain circumstances. He sets up circumstances that appeal to our hearts with the hopes that we will cave in to pictures of children being washed up onto the beach and once the hook is set in come his workers of evil. If we are not careful I predict, not The Lord, that what we have seen in Israel will come to our meeting places and stores. Once these men possessed by pure evil are here it's easy to get a knife and start the mayhem.

The Lord Jesus warned us repeatedly that days of evil and great darkness would come and we, His people, need to be ready and willing to share our faith with those He brings our way. I do not want to scare anyone, however, I do want to be truthful. The days of evil and darkness are descending upon us and these days are going to grow darker and much worse.

What do I do to prepare?

Pull the Bible off the shelf, you know that one you haven't read for years. Dust it off and crack it open. Go to the book of John start at chapter one and don't stop until you get all the way through the book of Revelation. Pray as you read, pray over your questions, pray for people you know and develop an attitude of praise and gratefulness for all God has done through Jesus Christ for you!
