With Thanksgiving and Christmas & New Year's Day not far behind Thanksgiving just because you are considered overweight, or the ugly words obese, fat, etc doesn't mean you can't eat on the winter holidays with Turkey, ham, stuffing, pies, etc. As an overweight person I'm giving advice of what to eat and not to eat or tweek your usual favorites for holidays.

OMG I hoping this not true, but reports are stating that Tina Turner is gravely ill from not just suffering a stroke but has stomach cancer, and has had a kidney transplant. This is terrible news considering the number of people that we have lost from Cancer. Not only that we just lost Aretha Franklin back in August. My thoughts
