Stephen Coonts is a New York Times best-selling author of military and spy thrillers. Coonts began writing while in the military, and later while pursuing his law degree.His debut, Flight of the Intruder, became a hit and led to the beloved Jake Grafton series of novels. Coonts, a pilot himself, loved the A-6 Intruder for which the novel is named. Coonts speaks of his love of flight and his time in the military in this incredibly insightful sit down with Greg Kelly.
