Managed and directed the growth of Foster & Foster, P.L.L.C. from a small and respected law firm handling cases in San Antonio into an organization handling cases throughout Texas and the United States. 

Currently organizes and controls the growth and profile of the firm including the firm’s entry into Complex Federal Mass Tort Litigation against large multi-national corporations and their subsidiaries.

Handles all major issues related to the operation of the firm, including all complex legal tasks, such as: motions for summary judgment, appeals, discovery, Cases include: complex multijurisdictional litigation; the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act; fraud; violations of fiduciary duty. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the firm’s economic interests, as well as evaluation and professional development of personnel.
