Another Not Guilty

Alright this episode features Nicole & Elizabeth from the Montgomery Ohio public defender's office as they share a Not Guilty they achieved for a client who was put on a hold by law enforcement, taken to a hospital, and then discharged and dumped onto the streets by the police.  

Also this episode is particularly awesome because it is the first episode hosted by Rachel and Dallas from the Cincinnati's public defender's office.  Enjoy!

Actually what makes this episode special and unique is that this particular not guilty is told from. the perspective of a prosecutor who claims the not guilty was a result of jury nullification.  Do you agree?
