Her advice to anyone stepping into business and leadership for the first time is to find people to work with and collaborate with that are just—if not more courageous than yourself. We want to be seen and make waves but in a way that fits our personality, so working with people who can see that and help you further define it is key to staying authentic to yourself and vision.
