Aime Hutton is a true miracle survivor—being born 3 months early, but this was just the start of challenges she would have to overcome in her lifetime. She hails from Calgary Alberta Canada and is a girls empowerment leader. She empowers tween and teenage girls to live their real and brave selves with happiness, courage, and confidence—something she does by training women to become girl empowerment facilitators. Aime developed this program over fifteen years while working with girls in multiple modalities. She’s a five time international best-selling author and spreads hope, healing, and inspiration through her writing. In 2017 Aime was awarded the Peace and Friendship Award by Diversity Magazine in Canada for being one who celebrates, accepts, and learns from the indigenous people of Canada. She’s all about empowering young girls, and getting you to do the same.
Aime’s goal is to make sure no young girl goes through what she had to for six years in elementary school. In Canada, every seven minutes, a child is being bullied—something Aime finds as absolutely unacceptable. It’s something she experienced first had, being afraid to go to school. She had to keep going forward, and she has pushed herself to the goal of helping one million girls live bold and happy.

Sam Liebowitz is known as the Conscious Consultant; a mentor, coach, speaker, healer—and serial entrepreneur. Sam has inspired hundreds of people to live a life that’s happier, healthier, and more fulfilled. He’s spoken at events all over—including TED X Upper Westside in 2016.
“Nobody’s a guru. The age of the guru is over—it’s time now for us to take more self-responsibility and self-direction and really decide for ourselves what resonates with us and what doesn’t.”
Sam’s definition of being conscious revolves around being aware of what motivates us. What makes you make a decision? Knowing this means we can better serve our mission and purpose in life. This is ever important in our culture where being present isn’t really rewarded. All our screens seem to push articles and news centered around negativity—because most people fall into those kinds of stories with ease. However, people, especially younger generations are starting to tune this out. Because these kinds of stories don’t make us feel good, they cause anxiety and stress, and we don’t need to follow that. There are things out there that can empower us to move forward.
A step forward is aided by tuning into yourself. Turn all your electronics off. Take time to be alone. Go for a walk. Sit in silence. Meditate. Find what moves you, listen to it, and seek it out.
If you would like to seek out Sam and find out more about enlightened self-interest—you can find him online at [email protected] and if you say you reach out to him and say you heard him hear on The Power House – Sam will share a free 30 minute phone call to see where you’re at and where you’re trying to go.

On October 24th 2018, Lynn Burdick wrote in her journal: I did not save her life to act like a dead person. So—Lynn’s question to you is are you living like a dead person? Are you just going through the motions of life and not truly living. Imagine a life where you could feel vibrant, passionate, present and alive. Lynn has a story that brought her to a place that is truly about planting the seeds that allow you to bloom into your potential. Eco-conscious, creatively centered, and community-minded—Lynn is here to help you step into yourself and leadership as a Power House.
“I really believe that lump was a physical manifestation of everything I had buried within me and not honoring my true self.”
Lynn was diagnosed with cancer—an even that often leaves one feeling like they have no control over their lives. Through her journey with the diagnosis Lynn struggled with finding ways to believe in herself and look forward. She pretended that cancer hadn’t changed her life, even though it had. When she was in a position to look for jobs she found that on paper, there was no reason for her not to be hired. But the issue was that she was stepping in front of herself and there were things that had not healed emotionally and mentally from her treatment.
While working with Lynn, I realized how talented she was as a maker, crafter, and businesswoman. Her passion was in creating—and opening that gate to turn her passions into a career has been an absolute joy and honor to see. She now runs Lynn Burdick Designs, creating beautiful bags where 10% of proceeds go to scholarships for women. The one word that fully sums up Lynn’s business is nurture. She feels strongly about sustainable and ecofriendly practices, so she has set up to be as close to a zero waste facility. Her designs are beautiful and crafted to help you find and grow into your own potential.
Facebook Lynn Burdick Designs: Lynn takes to Facebook live every Monday-Friday at 9:30 talking about the Bloom Philosophy—so make sure you log on and see for yourself.

Sharon McRill is the owner and president of the Betty Brigade—a relocation and organization company based out of Ann Arbor Michigan. Her mission is to help people live more organized and less stressful lives. Laid off from a corporate marketing job in 2003, Sharon turned the setback into an opportunity. Sharon has been helping businesses get and stay organized for over fifteen years now and is a graduate from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. She expands her brands influence through strategic marketing and social engagement—reaching six figure sales. Her highly trained team of twelve is composed of handymen, organizing experts, and logistical wizards.
Sharon has seen firsthand that setbacks show you who your real friends are. When you are struggling in the deep end its really telling when you see who is there to offer you a hand. Another byproduct of Sharon’s struggle was that she realized she already had the skills she needed to succeed and move forward. She had been organizing projects and teams and setting up systems that would work well into the future—all things she was able to apply to her business. Although this wasn’t as easy as flipping a switch to realize—Sharon will be the first to tell you that its okay if you have to wallow around for a bit to figure it out, as she certainly did.
Just because you’ve grown and gotten bigger doesn’t mean your problems go away. You get new problems and there will always be hurdles to jump—so Sharon encourages you to not be afraid to get a coach at any point, and often times they are more affordable and impactful than you think. It’s a missed opportunity for most business owners, so make sure you take that opportunity to grow.

Dr. Dorothy Martin-Neville is the founder of four companies and is now an executive business coach and consultant supporting women from all levels of success. She combines her recognition that mindset and communication skills set you apart from the crowd—and she uses this to make the complicated simple in order to teach you how to live a life of power, purpose, and passion. She believes anything is possible if you’re willing to grow, risk, and make necessary changes. It’s your choice: your mindset and communications either make you invisible, or seen. How are you going to show up?
“I learned very early that we don’t judge anything by appearance, that we have to step aside and truly see beneath the appearance of things if we’re going to know the truth.”
It’s Dr. Dorothy’s belief that you can judge a book by its cover if you want, but you’ll be missing the best part of the story. She finds that the practice of mindfulness allows you to peer underneath the surface of things and get closer to the truth—the truth of people, business, and most importantly: yourself.
Dr Dorothy wants you to know that If what you’re doing is not big enough to scare you, it’s not big enough to grow you. Unless there is risk involved, there is no growth that can happen. Growth doesn’t come from your comfort zone, so don’t be afraid to step out. There is a fear of success more than failure. What happens if your business succeeds? What if you outgrow your business, partner, and other aspects of your life because you become more of the you you want to be? Don’t let fear of growth hold you back and make you hand over your own power and choices to others who may not have your best interests at heart. It’s safe to risk.

Dr. Shirlene Reeves is the author of Selling Through Your Heart – as well as an international keynote speaker, life and business coach, and she specializes in helping small business owners to create easy sell programs designed to target a specific audience through video marketing messages. She’s the host of her own worldwide syndicated podcast: Ascended Masters at Work. For seventeen years, Shirlene was the CEO of her own nationwide CAC corporation which she bootstrapped from zero, to multi-millions with over twenty thousand working under her. Now she focuses on teaching authors, salespeople, and coaches to increase their income by designing easy-to-sell programs.
How did Dr. Shirlene lead effectively an organization with thousands of people below you? The first thing she’ll tell you is that you have to lead with an open heart and a listening ear. If you don’t then you become defensive—which doesn’t work when you have that many people to lead and that many people to serve. It’s not only your way or the highway. You have to analyze and see what role you play in every situation—because the source of those situations is you, it’s your business. People have to have their say and you need to lean into that and connect with them.
Hear people out for what they want—and then use that to figure out what it is they need.
You can head over the ShirleneReeves.com to take an assessment and figure out where your strengths are in the sales process and how to bolster them further.
Dr. Terrlyn L. Curry Avery has a unique approach to therapy and healing. She places the emphasis on the journey toward sacred intelligence—your ability to tap into your internal source in order to move toward intelligent choices. Those choices are intended to honor the Sacred and help you manifest your greatness, while simultaneously embracing the humanity of those around you. She’s seen how religion can be a healing balm for some while used to wound others. These wounds can range from rejecting spirituality, self-hatred, remaining in abusive relationships, refusing medical intervention, and the belief that “my” religion is the only right one. Doctor Curry Avery has traveled the world speaking and facilitating workshops. She invites and inspires others to discover and live out their purpose. Her approach places the emphasis first and foremost on healing your relationship with your creator. This helps heal the self and promotes positive relationships with other people in your life.
Many times when people encounter issues with religion they will bail—going totally outside of the spirit because they associate anything divine with what hurt them. The beauty in this is that you can always come back and explore other facets of spirituality, they aren’t going anywhere. When you choose to step back into spirit it helps you become more grounded, analyze the choices you make in a context that feels right to you, which extends to your business and corporation.
If you’ve felt hurt, pain, trauma, and isolation through religion or doctrine and are looking to step back into spirit—Dr. Terrlyn invites you to take another glance at spirituality, your triggers, and the leading principles that guide you. And if you’re afraid to ask those questions, at least ask yourself why that is.
