Debbie Lynn Grace knows that it is the obstacles, challenges, and unexpected opportunities that truly lead to discovering your higher calling. For Debbie, the road to her purpose felt like a completely unconventional path that she never envisioned herself undertaking. Now each step down that path makes perfect sense to her. She’s a recovering 30 year marketing expert, author of Outrageous Business Growth, and an international speaker, energy worker, and intuitive. Over the last 30 years her programs have impacted hundreds of thousands of people and continues to do so through live events where she shows highly sensitive people and empaths how to dissolve energy blocks that stop them from leading a life of purpose, authenticity, and prosperity.
Origins
As a kid, Debbie was told that she was different—that she was too sensitive. And as a child she felt compelled to change that about herself, but had no idea how to. So she learned to suffer in silence. This held true even as she grew older and started her career in marketing at a bank, soaking in the toxic environment there that was truly killing her inside. After leaving the job, city, and going through starting up a business and a divorce at the same time, Debbie’s sister changed her life. As a gifted healer, she told Debbie, “It’s time you learn what I do because it will help you heal.”
She began to learn a kind of energy work called Flow Alignment and Connection; the ability to track energy flow in a person or situation to see where there is an energy block, and how to dissolve it.
Now
Debbie merged her healing practices with her consulting business to help her clients see what traumas and insecurities were leading to their business, and life blocks. She has been able to highlight pitfalls for highly sensitive empaths as well, who may fear their connection to energy or withdraw, or become fixated on overachieving, too self-sufficient, or even too giving until you have no energy left for yourself. If you are looking to be a leader, you have to avoid those energy blocks and take care of yourself.
When you wake up, your first mission is to be of service to yourself—not others. You have to honor and respect your own gifts before being able to share them properly.
