In this podcast,I talk about how it’s important to guard our hearts so selfishly,how everything that affects our hearts shifts our focus and how it is important not to let everything we go through get so much to our hearts.

In this podcast I don’t really talk much about the theme.I just try to bring out what we feel sometimes.what hits us so bad and makes us feel horrible when we are alone.I don’t answer the question “what do you do?”but rather give you an opportunity to brainstorm and try to answer on your own.Much more interesting is you can contact me if you want to be part of my next podcast as we interview and see how different people deal with their anxiety.stay tuned
