Today, for our first interview of 2023, I decided to bring back the incredible Miami-based yoga instructor Mimi Ghandour. 

On her first time on the show, we learned about Mimi's upbringing story and how she used yoga to turn the poison of an abusive marriage into her own medicine and channel it into the light she shares with everyone on a daily basis. Today, we delve into all things yoga. What is yoga, what can you expect from practicing it constantly, and how can you apply its principles to your life, or what Mimi calls "yoga off the mat."
