In an age where we can honestly know and connect with thousands of people, we can only have direct relations with about 100 at any given time. Are you engaging with the proper amount of positive people in that hundred at this moment?

We do not get a chance to 'choose' what sets off triggers in us. So it is important to remember that other people can't choose what you do that may or may not set off triggers in them.

Anything you can see as an obstacle from afar can be planned for and dealt with. Anything you don’t see until you have come upon it tends to be harder to manage in real-time.

If you find yourself in a situation where you can feel panic coming over you, ask yourself these question to get yourself back to a state of peace:
- Will anyone die?
- Will I get fired or lose a relationship?
- Will I have to fire someone or end a relationship as a way to save myself from getting fired or losing a relationship myself?
- Am I still in a panic?
- Why am I still in a panic?

How many times have you made an assumption that you have enough of something based on a quick look to find out you were woefully short? How often do you get a confirmation that another person has enough of something to find they were woefully short?
