We invited founder of LAPS - Lucky Animal Protection Shelter, Peshawar. This shelter is the only shelter for stray animals in the whole province. Zeba Masood hail from Peshwar, she came here from USA, and noticed this unusual behavior by locals on strays.  We discussed how pet owners can take more care and how animals are abused and take them as granted. Play with them and leave them away whenever they feel fit.
