Guest: Senior Editor Neal Coolong (TouchdownWire.com and SteelersWire.com) makes his weekly appearance to discuss whether the XFL will be a success or not when it return in 2020 plus business in the NFL, including the cap and quarterback salaries. Then, Steve wraps up the show by looking back at Penn State’s 1994 undefeated football team, celebrating it’s 25th anniversary.
