Family is one of the important things. Family is important. But the question is, are we treating this area, the way it needs to be treated?
Are we giving it what it needs to have? Are we really prioritizing it when it comes to time, when it comes to being open, when it comes to learning, when it comes to growth, when it comes to development, and so on and so forth?

It's extremely important for the family to be stable, and be operating well, and to have a good relationship within the family.
If you're starting from a place where the family stability and relationships are not good, then it will be very difficult to focus on and do anything else successfully.
Maybe you pour yourself into that so much that it damages the family stability even more.
It's extremely important to have a very good, stable family relationship, very good marriage, very good parenting, before you try and set up something else outside of the home because, at the end of the day, your family is more important than your occupation.
How does a stable family look like? What does it mean?
It looks different for every family. Every family is unique, every family is going to have a different dynamic in their marriage, a different dynamic with their children. But it starts with looking at the intention. If he does something, and I suddenly feel very offended, I can either be very offended, or I can look at the intent of what maybe he actually meant.
That gives us strength
It's just very important that we give our family a real heart-centered approach to have stability.
there's always the situation where you're at work, and you're thinking about stuff that you have to take care of, for your family at home, and vice versa, you could be at home and thinking about, a project to do and that kind of stuff.
When you're at home, you know, it's really good to be focused on the family and the home life. And when you're at work, it's good to be focused there.
Boundaries are really important.
