This week on the Blues Focus Podcast is the creator of the hit BBC drama Peaky Blinders, Steven Knight.

Set in the hard-working city of Birmingham from 1919 to 1933, the show is easily one of the most stylish and iconic TV programs, starring multiple Hollywood celebrities including Cillian Murphy, Tom Hardy, and Adrien Brody to mention a few.

In 2020, Steven was awarded a CBE for his services to drama and entertainment, and the wider work in the Birmingham community. A CBE, a screenwriter, film producer, and director but most importantly he's a big Blues fan.

A massive thank you to him for taking the time out of his day and coming on, it was an honour to have spoken to him.
