Bill Marianes welcomes his special guests including Reverend Dr. Nicholas Louh and Presvytera Dr. Roxanne Louh as well as Dr. George Koulianos. Dr. Koulianos is an internationally recognized medical doctor helping to address specific Clergy needs as a part of the $1 million grant from the Lilly Foundation to the Center for Family Care of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.

Bill focuses on 5 of the critical dimensions of effective Orthodox Christian Servant Leaders and some of the latest research and best practices materials on the subject, as well as the teachings from Holy Scripture and the Church Fathers on how to cultivate better leaders within our churches and ministries.

Bill is joined by influential attorneys Charles Ajalat and Eric Namee to talk about living a purposeful life as a layman in the Church. They also talk Church and State, and the future of the Orthodox Church in the United States.

Following up on the April 30 episode, Bill continues to explore ways to encourage our youth and emerging adults to be faithful to the Church.In the last segment, he is joined by Steven Christoforou for some very practical insight.
