Leo is Pastor, Stewardship with Gateway church in Southlake, Texas. The following is from the website, http://gatewaypeople.com/profiles/leo-sabo.
Family
I’ve been married to my wife, Natalie, since August 12, 1989, and we have two wonderful daughters, Rachel and Courtney.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to spend my free time tinkering in my garage. I’m a gear head and love everything about cars, especially driving them fast.
What might people find surprising about you?
I was not born in this country. My family migrated from Romania in 1981 when I was 12 years old.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“When you’ve done your best be satisfied with your work. Perfection is an unrewarding aspiration.”
If you could get coffee with one person, living or dead, who would it be?
The late Larry Burkett. I learned a lot from that man. I would love an opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with him at this stage in my life.
