1. Visualise it - get specific with your goal: 'How do you want to feel after you accomplish it?'
2. Shape your environment - create supporting blocks to hold you up...when you just can't be bothered to do it: 'Create a Spotify playlist, follow and unfollow the right people on social media, make a quote or photo board, find YOUR PERSON who will hold you accountable.'
3. Add small baby steps, don't take away. We want to build momentum.
