A Fort Wayne native, Keion Brooks, Sr played his High School career at Northside High School. His college basketball career was at Wright State University. After graduating, he played a few years in basketball leagues in South America.
We talk about his son Keion, Brooks Jr. and his son's time at the University of Kentucky, what it's like to play there and especially the challenges that a student and the Brooks family faced during the recruiting process.

He has been around sports all his life, starting as a player at Harding H.S. in Fort Wayne, then onto college at Butler University as a collegiate baseball player. Coach Stephens has been the head coach at New Haven H.S. since 2014 and has worked the program beginning as an assistant coach. Bruce talks about his background, coaching philosophy and the challenges of being a H.S. coach.
