I always want to stay safe.   Not pursuing my dreams because of fear of failure and judgment by others.  Because of those fears I have been MIA from social media, working out, podcasting, and coaching. I am here to show up and try something to see if it sticks because I want to. 

I don't know what I will share with you over the next few months.

I don't know how often I will share with you. 

But I will keep trying until it sticks or impacts someone's life.
