Burnout is not laziness.
It is not a lack of discipline.
It is not weakness.
And it is not a character flaw.
Burnout is a signal.
It’s your body, your mind, and your spirit saying,
“You have been giving without refilling.”
So many of us were raised to push through.
Push through the stress.
Push through the exhaustion.
Push through the disappointment.
We were praised for being strong.
For being dependable.
For being the one everyone could count on.
But no one taught us how to stop before we break.
