Another month another Captain N episode. Dexter and I break down season 2 episode 8, The Feud of Faxanadu. In this month's episode we find the N Team at odds with each other for.... reasons? They end up assisting a nation of dwarves and elves who are at war with each other but are secretely being manipulated by the evil one. Will the N Team reconcile their differences in time to save everyone? Who cares! This episode was silly and we loved it.

The Winter of Final Fantasy is sadly coming to an end. It has been a wonderful 3 weeks exploring my formative Final Fantasy's and to cap it all off we are ending it with probably the most popular entry in the series, Final Fantasy VII. I'm joined by Chris from the Retro Hangover Podcast and Keith from the Main Quest Podcast to discuss this iconic game. We share memories, explore it's development and dive deep into the game's mechanics and story. I hope you have enjoyed the Winter of Final Fantasy. Who knows maybe there will be another one down the road!? It's the second week of the Winter of Final Fantasy! This week is all about Final Fantasy VIII. I'm joined by Try from My Life in Gaming and Bill from the Gaming & Collecting Podcast to reminisce, analyze and discuss all the highs and lows of the game. We all had very different personal connections to the game and it was a blast to discuss this game with them.

It's time for some more Captain N! Dexter Morrill is back and he joins me to discuss Captain N's journey through time with Link and Pero (aka Puss n Boots). Does that make any sense? No! And neither did this episode! This was one of the more fun episodes we have watched in season 2 and it is well worth watching beforehand just because of how zany it is.

This episode of Still Loading dives into a little known aspect of video games called feature phone gaming. Feature phones were cell phones in Japan that had a lot of exclusive games and content from some of your favorite franchises such as Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy! I'm joined by game preservationists Rockman Cosmo and Naoya Shinota to discuss this area of gaming and what they are doing to preserve this near dead era of gaming. This is an episode you will NOT want to miss.

It's Christmas 2022! And what's more Christmasy than looking into an 80's teen sex comedy. I'm sure Santa would approve. This week I am joined by the host of the Big Drink Energy podcast Mikey Tabletop to discuss the wild and wacky experience of watching the 1983 movie Joysticks. This movie is basically the video game movie equivalent to Tommy Wiseau's The Room, it's bad but insanely watchable. Merry Christmas everyone!

This episode has been in planning for QUITE some time. This week I am joined by speedrunner Gawrit to talk about a hidden gem of a PS1 racing game called Sled Storm! Gawrit is the current world record holder for most major categories in Sled Storm so it was great to pick is brain about a game I personally love and see it from a new perspective. If you are looking for a new racing game to try out that not many people have heard of, Sled Storm is worth picking up!

It's more Captain N and this month's episode is a look into season 2 episode 6, "The Lost City of Kongoland." Dexter Morrill and I discuss probably one of the stranger episodes of the show, and that's saying something considering what we've watched so far. Princes Lana turns evil!? Donkey Kong wears a tie!? What more madness ensues in this month's Captain N episode?
