NASA and SpaceX are now targeting no earlier than Tuesday, Sept. 24, for the launch of the agency’s Crew-9 mission to the International Space Station. China launched the first 18 satellites for its “Thousand Sails Constellation” which aims to deploy more than 15,000 satellites to LEO.
