🎙️ Episode 1: Why I’m Starting This Podcast Even Though I’m Nervous

Welcome to the very first episode of Still Showing Up with Lois Bolton. 💙

Honestly… recording this episode pushed me completely outside of my comfort zone.

In this episode, I’m sharing my heart about living with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus, dealing with chronic illness behind the scenes, and why I finally decided to stop letting fear hold me back from using my voice.

For a long time, I kept thinking:

“What if nobody listens?”

“What if I mess up?”

“What if I’m not good enough?”

“What if people judge me?”


But I also realized there are so many people silently struggling every single day while still trying to show up for life, family, work, relationships, faith, and themselves.

And maybe somebody out there simply needs to hear: “You’re not alone.”

This podcast is being created as a safe and honest space for real conversations surrounding:
