Solomon personifies Wisdom and in so doing prefigures Christ. As vs. 35 says, "Whoever finds me finds life, and obtains favor from the Lord." To find life, find Christ.

Wisdom calls you to put off rash obligations and put on generosity. Put off laziness and put on diligence. Put off discord and put on unity.

Put off the old self--the self that continually sins, lives in sin, and takes pleasure in sin. Put on the new self--the self being renewed according to the image of God, in truth, righteousness, and holiness.

Avoid sexual sin! It looks exciting and satisfying, but in the end it will ruin you.
