You are what you think, not what you think you are. There’s no magical button to push to change how to think. You need to choose to do it. Choose to concentrate on learning the Word of God and applying the thinking of Christ in your life. “How blessed is the man whose delight is in the doctrine of the Lord and in His Word. He meditates day and night. He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers” (Ps 1:1-3). When you take in God’s Word on a consistent basis it builds up an inventory of Biblical thoughts and you’ll think differently. You’ll learn to identify God's Truth. “Send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me” (Ps 43:3). Stress in your soul will disappear.
