Two weeks ago,  we started a new three part series titled Lift Up - Sharing Encouragement. The first week we concentrated on "Support".  Our weekly challenge is to support someone that may need some encouragement whether it be a prayer, physical needs, or just someone to listen.

Last week we centered on the three Christian graces + one.  We are looking how to encourage with faith, love, hope as well as prayer. This week’s challenge is to find someone who needs encouragement.  Your challenge is to instill the three Christian graces and start a prayer program for that person. 

This week we concentrate on love and good works. As we close out our series on Encouragement, today’s lesson leaves us with some big shoes to fill. Whatever the Lord is leading us to with regards to Johnny (Now remember Johnny could be anyone) we need to hold fast in our confidence, commitment, confession, or hope. Above all we need to break bread, pray, sing, and instruct each other which brings the most encouragement of all.
