Days 17-19 of the 30 Day Stoic Challenge

Day 17: Write out 5 things that happened in that past week that you wish went differently. Write next to them that you love that they happened.

Day 18: Sit alone for 30 minutes.

Day 19: Call, email, or text 5 people that you have a grudge with. Forgive them.

Day 16 is one of the hardest days yet when Clay and Lauren eat nothing and drink only water for 24 hours. They break the fast together while recording.
