Lately, I’ve been trying things I never thought I would. I went camping with my partner and honestly, I loved it. I started a book club with my friends and started playing chess again, something I used to love and forgot how much joy it brings me.

Through all of this, stoicism has really anchored me. It’s helped me stay grounded, let go of what I can’t control, and make room for the good things when they come.
