Yvette was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis after the birth of her first child, when she was just 19 years old.

Yvette's initial experience wasn't a great one. Having been through a horrid time during pregnancy and being told it was just hemorrhoids, Yvette wasn't diagnosed properly until around 6 months after she gave birth. And when the diagnosis did come, it was presented to her as a negative rather than something that would positively impact her life.

Hannah chats to Yvette about her stoma journey and how she got her life back.
