You did everything you were supposed to do. Built the career. Started the family. Checked all the boxes. So why does something still feel...off?
If you've been wondering whether it's burnout, hormones, a changing identity, or simply outgrowing the life you once wanted, this episode is for you. Executive coach Megan Walsh, founder of Walsh Insights LLC, joins me to unpack the quiet "rumblings" so many women experience in their 30s, 40s, and beyond. We talk about burnout, reinvention, women's health, career pivots, and why wanting something different doesn't mean you've failed, it may mean you've grown.
If you've ever thought, "I should be happy...so why doesn't it feel that way?"—you're not alone.
