On this episode, I will talk about a recent article I wrote on Medium called - Stop Asking Users What They Want. It seemed as an interesting topic to me that a lot of companies base their decision making solely on the research they just did about their customers. I believe that this is not the best approach and there is a better way to go about it. Hopefully, this short episode will bring you some value on how to approach user research.
